Join us every Tuesday at 6 pm for a fun social run and optional track workout
Every Tuesday we meet at Pace House at 6 pm for an optional all-paces track workout. The workout changes from week to week and is designed by 2:19 marathoner Ethan. The workout is adjusted to each person’s ability and experience level.
The warmup is 2 miles to the track on UTK campus, followed by 1-3 miles on the track and a 2 mile cooldown back to Pace House. Everyone is welcome to run easy if they prefer.
When we get back, we relax and recover with local draft beer and non-alcoholic options.
